Online Payments

When you pay online, you enter your payment details on a secure page provided by our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe processes the payment, may carry out fraud checks and acts as an independent controller of your payment data under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/gb/privacy). We receive your name, email, order details and confirmation that you have paid, but never your full card number or security code. We keep order and payment records for six years to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Address Finder

When you type your postcode or address at checkout, the text you type is sent to our address lookup providers (getAddress.io and postcodes.io) solely to suggest matching UK addresses. They do not receive your name, contact details or order.

Registration, Mobile Verification and Discount Codes

If you register on our website, we keep your name, email address, phone number, company and the services or products you are interested in, and email them to our team so we can contact you. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box to agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Where mobile verification is switched on, your mobile number is sent to our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver a one-time code. When you use a one-per-customer discount code, we record your email address so the code cannot be reused.

Website Chat Assistant

If you use the chat assistant on this website, the messages you type and any contact details you choose to share are emailed to our team so we can respond to your enquiry. Where AI-powered answers are switched on, your chat messages are also sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a reply; please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
